Labels(the ones that are worth your time anyway) usually aren’t going to accept submissions unless you are already somewhat known or someone else introduces you to them, instead I’d suggest seeking self-distribution! That being said, perhaps labels such as PPJ and Foundation Series could be interested

Hey! I've been listening to Jungle Fatigue Vol. 3 for a good year or more at this point but I never got the chance to reach out and say thanks for all the great music! It makes my academic grind just a little better.
